Week 1 Meal PLan

Here is my meal Plan starting Monday ... it seems like so much food! Here we go!

I will be posting everyday of how the day went with my Meals , what I love, hated, ect!

Monday ~
#1- 5 Egg whites and 1 cup of cream of wheat
#2 - Turkey meatlof muffins (2) and Broccoli
#3- 6 oz of Chicken on a garden green salad with 3/4 cup of kidney beans
#4- Turkey meatload muffines (2)
#5 - 6 oz of white turkey meat with green beans and 3/4 cup brown rice
#6- 4 egg whites with bell peppers

Tuesday ~
#1- 5 eggs whites and 1 cup of oatmeal
#2- Turkey meatloaf muffins (2)
#3- 6 oz of tukey meat on green garden salad and 1/2cup brown rice
#4 - Greek yogurt with 1/4cup blueberries
#5- 6 oz of chicken with 6 oz sweat potatoe and broccoli
#6- 4 eggs whites with peppers

Wednesday ~
#1- 5 egg whits and 1 cup oatmeal
#2- 1 cup cottage cheese with a swirl of jelly in it
# 3- 6 oz of chicken - 6 oz sweet potato and garden salad
#4- Turkey Meatloaf Muffins
#5- 6 oz pork chops- 3/4 cup brown rice, broccoli
#6- 4 egg whites bell peppers

Thursday ~
#1- 5 Egg whites and 1 cup of cream of wheat
#2 - Turkey meatlof muffins (2) and Broccoli
#3- 6 oz pork chops. garden salad. 3.4 brown rice
#4- Greek Yogurt
#5 - 6 oz chicken , whole wheat pasta  and aspargus
#6- 4 egg whits and peppers

Friday ~
#1- 5 Egg whites and 1 cup of cream of wheat
#2 - Turkey meatlof muffins (2) and Broccoli
#3- 6 oz chicken , whole wheat pasta , aspargus
#4- 3 rice cakes and bell peppers
#5 - 6 oz turkey meat. two corn tortillas . veggie stir fry.
#6- 4 egg whites

Saturday ~
#1 5 eggs whites and 1 cup oatmeal
#2- Cottage cheese and swirl of jelly
#3- turkey meat, green salad. 1/2 cup brown rice
#4- turkey meatload muffins
#5- 6 oz chicken. sweet potato. aspargus
#6- 4 eggs whites with 1/2 blueberries

Sunday -
#1- 5 egg whits and 1 cup oatmeal
#2- Greek Yogurt
#3- 6 oz chicken . green salad. wheat toast.
#4- turkey meatload muffins
#5- 6 oz steak . 3/4 cup brown rice. 1 cup boccoli
#6- 4 egg whites. veggies.
